So my roommate works at the Capitol and receives information on all these free seminars, lectures, gatherings, etc. I went to a few and I am amazed at the number of open bars that there are. Literally I think I could find one for every day of the week. Cause there's nothing more entertaining than slamming beers while standing next to senior level State Dept staff.
